IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY No WNBF athlete are allowed to participate in a contest without having successfully completed a polygraph test by a WNBF accepted examiner, no longer than 14 days prior to a contest. Polygraph test is an important tool to ensure that your competitors have not used illegal performance enhancing drugs that will give them an unfair advantage. To ensure less stress for you during last hours of preparations, it is for most athletes a good rule of thumb to schedule your polygraph test as many hours as possible before the contest. Once you are done with your polygraph test, you can focus entirely on your last hour of preparations. The last few hours before the contest you will be dehydrated, have low energy, and some athletes may also suffer a slight headache (be sure to inform your coach). In such a situation it is nice to be done with polygraph and other tasks you need to do before a contest. Once you are an experienced athlete and have done a couple of polygraph tests already, you may find that you have no problem with taking the test closer to the competition. Please review the email confirmation you receive after making this booking to verify that all information is accurate. Appointment Preparation: Add to Calendar: Record the time, date, and contact information in your phone's calendar to avoid forgetting or missing your appointment. Timeliness: Arrive promptly at your scheduled time. If you miss your appointment, we cannot guarantee an alternative time slot for polygraph testing. Note that athletes cannot compete without a satisfactory polygraph test result. Transportation: Taxi Arrangements: If you require a taxi to reach the test location, ensure you arrange it well in advance to arrive on time.

WNBF Drug Testing, Photography & Video Agreement, Wavier and Release. 1. I will submit to a polygraph and optional urine test to determine whether or not I have taken anabolic steroids, growth hormones, diuretics or any other prescription drugs or banned substances used to enhance physical performance within the restricted time limitation in accordance with the WNBF banned substance list. 2. The polygraph session and testdata will be recorded, and results of the polygraph examination and/or urinalysis given to me, as the results are determined and interpreted by the polygraph examiner and urinalysis laboratory are binding and conclusive. 3. All test results are final and irrefutable. The polygraph examiner is authorized to disclose the results of the polygraph examination, his or her opinion of the polygraph results, and/or any statements made by me to the Promoter, and the WNBF Officials. 4. Urine testing includes retesting of the remaining urine from the original sample, only under specific guidelines spelled out in the WNBF Constitution; Rules and Regulations. Urinalysis testing results are final and irrefutable under said guidelines. 5. It is also acknowledged that I hereby expressly grant the right of the WNBF or its designated media agents to photograph me and use my pictures, silhouette and other reproductions of my physical likeness, as the same may appear in any video, website, social media outlet, and in connection with the exhibition, and also in the advertising, exploiting and/or publicizing of any such photo/video. 6. With community transmission of communicable diseases, you could be exposed anywhere to infectious diseases, including, but not limited to Covid-19. This event is following State & Federal regulations to limit transmission of communicable diseases. However, it is possible that these precautions will not always be successful in blocking the transmission of these diseases. By participating or attending in this WNBF competition, you assume and accept the risk that you may inadvertently be exposed to a communicable disease. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless WNBF, its employees, agents, and representatives, from claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to attendance and/or participation at this event.
